With its strong reputation for historic renovation and revitalization, Trellis Co. was singled out by KCA to serve as a partner to the development of this significant housing resource.  Additionally, Trellis Co.’s previous success in renovating another school designed by the same architect as the Alex Baker building provided the experience and garnered faith in the success of this project.
