Tree House, a brand-new apartment community, located at 2319 West Seventh St., is set to address the pressing need for affordable senior housing in St. Paul and is specifically designed to cater to the low-income demographic in the area.

Diverse Housing Options:

Treehouse will feature a thoughtfully curated mix of units to accommodate various needs. Among the 36 units, seven will be specifically reserved for seniors who were previously homeless, offering a lifeline to those in need. The remaining units will include 15 efficiency units and a dozen one-bedroom units, targeted at renters earning no more than 30 percent of the area median income. Additionally, nine one-bedroom units will be available for renters earning no more than 50 percent of the area median income.

Partnership for Success:

Frana Construction is the contractor service provider for Treehouse.  Trellis Management, a leader in property management, will play a pivotal role in coordinating the lease-up of the community and overseeing day-to-day operations.
