Trellis secures funding for new construction of Hillside Heights in Elk River, Minnesota

Trellis is thrilled to announce the recent financial closing of Hillside Heights in Elk River, Minnesota! This remarkable $19.1 million venture will add 52 homes of essential family housing to an area with job opportunities and convenient access to services. A portion of homes will be subsidized and set aside for special needs households. Rise will provide comprehensive services to these households who could be homeless or have a mental illness.

We’ve also planned for plenty of attractive amenities including underground heated parking, a dog run, a turf grass game area, and a top floor community space with a connected outdoor patio. We’re eager to watch Hillside Heights come to life and assist families in Elk River!
