Emergency Maintenance Services are available for all Trellis locations. Should you have an emergency that meets the criteria below, please call the number listed next to your site location.

A maintenance emergency is a situation that requires immediate attention if left unresolved, the problem could result in injury, threaten one’s health, or cause serious property damage. Examples are:

• A major electrical issue that impacts the home’s operating systems and devices.
• A plumbing leak or water backing up into kitchen sink or bathroom vanity.
• A sewer backing up into toilet or bathtub.
• A clogged toilet if there is only 1 bathroom.
• Refrigerator/Freezer has not been holding temperature for more than 24 hours*
• Damage to building such as entry door or window damage countermanding the building’s access control.
• No Heat in home. (Temperature drops below 68 degrees in 2 or more centralized spaces 4ft from the ground)
• No Air Conditioning when the outside temperate is above 100 degrees and the air conditioning is supplied by management.
